When I client uses my link to book, I receive an email showing the event but the event does not come into my diary as a meeting. Sometimes I have to manually recreate the meeting into my Outlook.

Calendar not opening on initial load time

When I scan my QR code it says "This calendar is currently unavailabe… login if your the owner”; however, if I refresh it works and displays the calendar. What could be the issue for this?

Incorrect Apointment Times in SMS Reminders

A patient missed their 12pm appointment recently.They had looked at their SMS reminders which said the appt was at 2pmWhen we checked, the reminder email was correct at 12pm, but the SMS said 2pm (I have  a screenshot if required) Pateints time zone is set to the same as mine as far as I can see. Would appreciate your advice here please.

Apple pay not showing on payments page

When will Calendly resolve the issue that apple pay is not loading on the payment collection page for many users ? When booking , very few clients carry a physical card  and the failure to have an apple/google pay option is destroying my business.A solution or fix from Calendly must be actioned swiftly.

Payment Rejected Error During Booking – Calendly + Stripe Integration

Hi Calendly Support,I’ve successfully integrated Stripe with my Calendly account, and the payment setup appears to be complete. However, when clients attempt to book an appointment and proceed to payment, an error message appears stating that the card or payment has been declined.I’ve tested this with multiple valid cards and the issue persists. The Stripe account is active and functioning correctly outside of Calendly, so the issue seems to be with the integration during the booking/payment process.Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this error and guide me on how to resolve it?Thank you,

One single calendly link for both scheduling a call and downloading a brochure?

Dear Calendly Community,I am trying to figure out how to have one single Calendly link for prospects to schedule an introductory session and at the same time download our course catalog. The link would be available on a QR code that would be displayed on a poster at our booth at an upcoming trade show.Could anyone please be so kind as to let me know if this is possible at all and if yes, how to do that? Specific Dates

I need to see specific dates and times to select for clients.  Previously this was simple, easy and quick. Now - IMPOSSIBLE! - I can’t even see the times properly.In the update, they overlay the calendar and you can’t see the times! Anyone else have this problem?  Is there a work around?    What took me 2 minutes previously becomes a 15 minute process and I keep asking, “why am I using Calendly?”

bots are ruining my life

Hey guys…my meta ads are somehow getting bots to my page and scheduling calls. I’ve put up a reCAPTCHA wall on my site before anyone can even get on it. Nothing is working. Chat GPT even wrote me a script to prevent calendly from loading until the verification is complete. Nothing. it’s ruining my entire funnel because meta thinks this is a conversion. No matter what I do.Has anyone encountered this?

Forcing calendy oauth consent

Hi Calendly Support Team,I hope this message finds you well.I am currently integrating Calendly’s OAuth flow into my application, and I would like to ensure that the OAuth consent screen appears every time a user logs in, regardless of whether they have previously authorized the application.As per the documentation and standard OAuth practices, I’ve included the prompt=consent parameter in the authorization URL as shown below:  However, despite this, the consent screen is not being shown consistently. Instead, users are often redirected immediately without being prompted to approve permissions again.Could you please confirm: If prompt=consent is supported by Calendly’s OAuth flow? If there is any additional parameter or setting required to force the consent screen on every authentication attempt? Multiple meetings with multiple host

We are preparing to launch a new tool across all of our field devices. This is a significant effort, as more than 1,000 customers will need to schedule a support call. Our support team consists of eight members, and we want to streamline scheduling by sending one single link to all customers.Ideally, the scheduling calendar should display all available times across the eight support team members. However, if I add all eight members as hosts, the system currently blocks the same time slot for everyone when only one person is booked.In other words, we need the ability to “double book” time slots so that multiple customers can schedule at the same time, as long as different support members are available.Is this possible?

Connecting Calendly Scheduled Events To Provider Event Id

I’m working on an integration with Calendly and we need to be able to link the Calendly scheduled event to the event in the provider (i.e. Google or MS) as our app also has an integration with our customer’s calendars. What we need is a way to get the provider type and Id for each of the Calendly scheduled events so we can tie them together in our UI.  I see in the APIs documentation for the Event endpoint (https://api.calendly.com/scheduled_events) that it has a property for ‘calendar_event’ but it shows in the API as deprecated  (see: https://developer.calendly.com/api-docs/504508461e486-event ). This field appears to have exactly what we need, but since it’s deprecated, I’m hesitant to use or trust it. Is there a more preferred route to retrieve this data and if not why is this deprecated and how much can we trust it working going forward?

I downloaded and installed the plugin, selected the calendars in outlook.com, but still calendly apparently can’t see what is in my outlook agendas. Switch between Calendly Accounts without logging out?

I work with two different Calendly accounts; one for my business, and another for a client’s business. It’s cumbersome to have to log out of one to then log into the other one. In Zoom, it is a simple process because I can stay within the platform and still switch easily... Just a request unless this is already possible? Thanks!
