When a client books a meeting on my Calendly and pays for it in advance, but then needs to reschedule, are they able to reschedule for free? Or are they asked to pay again?What about the new meeting package option? I’m afraid to try it because I don’t want to end up manually rescheduling folks. 

I created a new Facebook page and I have been struggling to get he Book Now button to integrate with Calendly. I followed all of the steps and tried various permutations but I can only see the Call Now button in Facebook and now where will it allow me to paste the Calendly link into the Book Now feature. There are other options where you can use the link, like Signup but I specifically only want a Booking. I am a Medicare Agent and it would be nice to attach a link to my website for them to complete a Scope of Appointment before the meeting using Calendly. Larry

Why does Calendly help suck? I keep trying to submit a question and it tells “something is wrong” without telling me what to fix. So here are my questions. Why doesn’t Calendly support iCal anymore?sAnd why when I sign up on someone else’s Calendly, it sends me a link to put in ical?  

Why is an invited/active user showing as no calendar connected in the admin portal when on her side it is showing connected?

Often near the end of each month the last few days are unavailable for bookings. This is especially true if the last 2 days of the month are a weekend/holiday. If no slots are available at the end of the month it should auto forward to the next month where there are open slots.This would allow quicker/easier booking and one less click which is especially handy when driving traffic from paid sources.   

Is it possible to limit the scope of the permissions I ask the users to give to my appto only one event type. This way he could be sure that only info for this event type is shared with my app and all other event types stay private for him.Thanks

Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to use Calendly to organize gaming sessions with a small group I play with regularly. I set up specific time slots based on my availability, but for some reason, a few friends told me they either don’t see the same slots or the timing looks off on their end. I’m not sure if it’s a timezone sync issue or something in my availability settings that I missed. Has anyone used Calendly for something like gaming events or group sessions and faced similar problems? Any tips on setting it up correctly would be really helpful.

I don't know why your team continues to make it more difficult to manage things by taking away the literal space that we use to create and manage meetings. First it was with the event shells themselves, making it such that all edits had to be made on a tiny portion of the page to the right. Now when looking at the actual meetings and trying to deal with invitees, everything has again been pushed to a tiny portion of the screen to the right, leaving the majority of the screen space unusable. Why would you do this without offering an option to open the right side to a full screen? Please, please, please either revert back or at the very least, add the option to open to a full screen if you insist on keeping all the relevant info in a tiny portion to the right. I am begging you. Please. We have to seriously consider switching to another platform if you are continuing to roll out updates like this because it is so unbelievably user UNfriendly and makes our day to day so much more difficult

When someone asks me to find time on their Calendly calendar and I select a date/time, the confirmation always gets sent to my gmail account and not the iCloud email that I input into the invite. How do I prevent that?

This topic has been raised a number of times and over multiple years, and always “That’d be great, we’ll take that to the development team”…. Nice lip service, but does your development team listen to the customer?  Being able to put events into groups is a critical feature for many of us.  For instance, in just my case, I live in Hawaii, but I have clients on every major island.  I use calendly to help my clients book trainings and meetings.  Right now, I can only use the service for booking on the same island that I live on, because I can’t account for the buffer time of flying to another island because it would drastically mean I have to include the same ‘buffer’ time to go to a client down the street as I would to go to a client that’s an hour flight away (plus the time to be at the airport before my flight, rent my car, and drive to the client).  But if I could send a link that shows all meetings and training options to clients on Maui (25 minute flight), Hilo (hour flight), or he

The provider then told me that I had canceled the appointment. There are situations where we’d like the option to turn off confirmation emails. For example, when an appointment needs to be reassigned from one host to another, we currently have to cancel the original booking and create a new one. This results in multiple emails being sent to the client. Our previous scheduling platform allowed us to transfer an appointment between hosts and gave us the option to sen-or suppress-confirmation email. This made for a much smoother client experience, as they would only receive the initial confirmation.

Hi everyone,we downgraded our Calendly account to the free plan before the next billing date, so the paid subscription should have been canceled.Despite this, we were still charged.This is obviously not correct, and we’re now trying to figure out how to resolve this and get our money back.Has anyone experienced this before?What exactly did you do to successfully get a refund?Is there a specific way to contact support or escalate this issue?Any advice or experience would be really appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with the Calendly Inline Embed on my website. I set a custom background color using the options from the Calendly documentation, and originally all the text including the date picker text displayed in white, exactly as expected.However, this week something changed without me updating anything. Now the date picker text (and some other text elements) suddenly appear in a dark navy blue color, which makes them almost unreadable against my background. The embed settings haven’t changed on my side, so I’m wondering if something was updated on Calendly’s end.I’m attaching a screenshot so you can see what I mean.Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is this a known issue or is there a workaround to force the text color back to white?Thanks in advance for any help or insights.  

Hi,I’m integrating Calendly into my website and tracking interactions in Google Analytics 4. When I use Calendly’s native GA4 integration, events such as invitee_event_type_page include full metadata (e.g., event type, category)However, when I embed Calendly directly on my site and rely on the postMessage events sent from the embedded widget, I only receive the event names (e.g., calendly.event_scheduled, calendly.event_type_viewed). The metadata that normally appears in the native integration—such as event category, event name, invitee information, or other payload fields—is missing or empty.This means that although the events fire, the parameters I need for reporting and attribution do not come through.How can I capture those missing parameters (event details, invitee info, category, etc.) when using a tag management tool?Thanks 

When I try and change the available hours on one event schedule, it is changing the other events’ schedules to match that new one. I am selecting the option at the bottom of only change the one event (the default seems to be 1+), but it still is changing the others.
