My organization started getting 'Forbidden' in the last few weeks for the scheduled_events endpoint

We have some apps in my organization that uses our paid calendly accounts to retrieve the list of schedule events.  Today I got reports that the application was no longer working and I noticed that we are getting a ‘FORDBIDDEN’ response.  This app has worked for years now up until sometime in the last few weeks.

Are we on a calendly blacklist or something?

What do we need to do to get off of it?

Ok, I solved this one by experimenting with a new personal key and asking around.  A misunderstanding led to the user who had the original key being removed.

As an additional note:

(NOT AN ANSWER)

I should note that we are using the v2 api.  Also I attempted generating a personal access token and using that but I was still given Forbidden.   The rate limits still seem to be in the allowed range, though it counts the FORBIDDEN attempt against the total.  I noticed that it only gives up to 10 request per minute so maybe I don’t have a paid account or it got downgraded somehow.  Still this went from working for multiple years to not working, I just want to know what happened so I can take whatever action is required.
