Upon booking the client sees a frozen screen saying “Redirecting” and nothing is happening. This issue has to be resolved as I need to give my client’s further instruction at the end of their booking to follow. I’ve been told by support that this is a bug in the embedded option of the booking page. Unfortunately the alternative I was offered is not good either, which is just adding a direct link to my booking page, but then it is without the option to customize colors AND the main issue it shows you a really annoying page warning you that you’re “about to leave calendly” instead of redirecting straight to my thanks for booking page. This is such a ridiculous situation, preventing me from using your services. I will have to move to Zcal or some other booking software.
