Hi there,
Great question—when updating a SAML certificate (such as from Entra ID/Azure AD), you don’t need to create a brand-new connection in Calendly. Instead, you can update the existing SAML configuration in your Calendly Admin Center with the new certificate details.
✅ Here’s how to proceed:
-
Log in to the Calendly Admin Center: admin.calendly.com
-
Navigate to Authentication > SAML Single Sign-On
-
Edit the existing SAML setup.
-
Replace the current certificate with your new SAML certificate.
-
Save your changes and test the connection.
This preserves your existing SSO setup and avoids needing to reconfigure user mappings or metadata.
