A client’s email showed the incorrect time slot

The email showed 1:15 pm when it shows on my calendar 9:15 am

Could you confirm the timezone that appears on the email and the calendar event? I’m wondering if they accidentally chose the wrong time zone when booking. 

If you could also send me what the client email is showing, that will help me as well.

I briefly saw the email--- I did not see a time zone listed on the page.  The client is unavailable, so I doubt I will be able to get a copy-- but will reach out.   I was unaware that there was a time zone selection on the availability form.  


Understood! Yes, by default they’re able to adjust it based on their timezone.
