Scenario / Question

How do I change my Calendly slug (URL) for my main scheduling page or for an event type?

Overview

You can change your main Calendly scheduling page URL from your account menu. Changing this URL will break previously shared links to all of your events, so be sure to update any places you’ve shared it.

You can change the event link (slug) for individual one-on-one event types from the event editor. This is not available for Group or Round Robin events.

Step-by-Step

  1. Change your main scheduling page URL:
    1. Click your profile picture in the top-right of any Calendly page, then select My Link
    2. Enter your new link, then select Save Changes. Previously shared links to your events will no longer work.
  2. Change the URL for a one-on-one event type:
    1. Open the event type editor, then go to More options > Booking page options.
    2. At the top, find Event link, edit the URL field, then select Save changes or Save and close. This option is available for one-on-one events only.

Key Notes & Limitations

  • Changing your main account link breaks all previously shared event links.
  • If a URL shows “unavailable,” another user has already claimed it; try a variation with a dash, number, or slight change.
  • Event link editing is available for one-on-one events, not Group or Round Robin events.
  • Admins cannot change individual users’ account URLs. They can update links for events they create and assign (team or managed events).
  • If you don’t see the My Link option under your profile picture, try clearing cache/cookies, restarting the browser, using an incognito window, trying another browser, and updating your browser/device. If it persists, share screenshots with support.
