Hi everyone - Emma here from ActiveCampaign (a proud and appreciative Calendly user for the last 6+ years). I work closely with Hilary and the product teams at Calendly to make sure our integration and the resources we provide to our shared customers are helpful in your day-to-day lives. 

I used to be on the sales team here at AC and we heavily relied on Calendly and ActiveCampaign to work well together and to help automate what would normally be quite manual tasks. One of my favorite and  simple automation “recipes” allows you to send a reminder email to those who book a meeting with you.

This ensures a higher meeting completion rate and crosses a task off your sales team’s to-do lists while they are preparing for a meeting. The email can even come from the person running the meeting and you can reference information from the meeting request form in your email. From there, you have all of the different automation actions to work with to build out a more complex and supportive workflow.
