How to get started
- Create or open an existing Event Type
- Under “Duration,” click Add duration option
- Choose up to 4 meeting lengths
- Set a default option for your scheduling page
When an invitee goes to book with you, they'll see a dropdown of duration options. Calendly adjusts the time slots based on their selection — no extra setup required.
Now people you meet with can choose the meeting length that fits their needs, and you no longer have to maintain sets of slightly different Event Types to best-serve your customers. Win-win.
