Calendly has just gotten one step easier. Most of us spend more time than we’d like managing the meticulous parts of meetings—copying links, chasing down confirmations, or scrambling to reschedule when plans change. In fact, nearly half of professionals spend three or more hours every week just on scheduling logistics.
We’ve added features so that you can hand off that busywork. Now, you can send meeting invites, automate booking reminders, and request reschedules—all directly from Calendly. No copying, pasting, or juggling between your inbox and your scheduling tool. Just smooth scheduling for you and a better experience for your invitees.

What’s new
- Built-in email composer – Personalize your message, CC teammates, and send from your connected email address without ever leaving Calendly. There is also some limited functionality in our browser extension.

- Reminder nudges – Setting up reminders is a click away in our email composer. Calendly follows up for you after a day, three days, or a week if no booking happens.

- Reschedule requests – Shift plans in seconds, from your Meetings tab or Browser Extension. You’ll have two options, to either suggest a new time or let invitees pick from your availability. Simply click on your meeting from your Meetings tab and at the top of the right rail editor will be the reschedule option.
Why it matters
- Stop chasing bookings — let Calendly follow up and get them scheduled
- Reach out, remind, and reschedule — without leaving Calendly
