I tried to schedule an appointment on behalf of a client and it didn’t work. I tired again on the dashboard and got an error. Then I tried to contact the online bot and got this error “The chat is experiencing technical difficulties and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again shortly.”

Hi ​@SunBizSuppport - Sorry to hear you’re running into some issues here!

Since you’re having a problem with your booking page, I’d recommend first clearing your cache and cookies OR trying this process on a different browser first. Let me know if the error persist after that!

If you can send me a screenshot of the booking page error, I can take a look from there.
