Question

10dlc compliance

My business homepage features a link to Calendly to schedule an appointment. Apparently the 10dlc legislation requires a “checkbox” to be included with a disclaimer allowing customers to opt-out of SMS messaging. I have the disclaimer on the left/details side of my Calendly link - how do I (can I?) add a check box to the left side of the form?

Hi @Adam26633 - Thanks for reaching out!

At this time, there is not a way to populate a checkbox on the booking page - However, if you enable SMS reminders through Calendly, another box will appear where they enter their information under Send Text Messages to with its own disclaimer here:

Another option would to add an Invitee Question to the form that allows them to use a checkbox. You can read more about these here: How to add or remove invitee questions
