Hi,

I have an upcoming 3 day event with 24 - 2 hour timeslots available for an attendee to choose from. Some of these timeslots overlap. As there is a sequence of events and hand-offs to other teammates that happen within each 2 hour window,  I don’t think setting up “team page” option works in my case.

What is the best way to get my 24 overlapping time slots into one calendar so an invitee can select what works best for them?

Hey there @Laasya48122 - great question! Welcome, by the way. =) Firstly, check out our New User Guide - it’ll def prove helpful as you get used to the platform!

Because Calendly sees each account as an individual user, it will not allow overlapping Calendly events in an effort to prevent double bookings. However, we do have a Group Event Types that will allow multiple invitees to book the same time slot on one event type. This means that you can set a limit for each time slot so that multiple invitees can sign up for each time slot. That might work out well for you on one event type - but you still would not be able to have three event types going simultaneously with overlapping time slots. Perhaps you could create one single Group ET with a limit of 3 invitees per time slot?

While you did mention not thinking this would work for you, just in case - you can also set up a team page that includes multiple users that are actually your alternative email addresses. Then, create a round robin event type between your accounts so invitees can continue scheduling for the same time slot as long as one account has availability. Keep in mind, you will have to pay for each additional user. If you do this, you can add three hosts so that you can have three event types, all with the ability to overlap, one a single booking page (for the team).

We have plenty of resources for you to learn about creating a team and setting up team events! The first step is adding your desired team members to your account from your Admin Management page. Then, you can set up a team page. Your team page will have all of your events specific to that team: round robin or collective.

Round Robin events will allow your invitees to book an appointment at any time at least one assigned team member is available. Collective events allow invitees to book an appointment when all assigned team members are available.

If you'd like a more thorough breakdown of the team features, check out this recording that walks through the basics of using Calendly with your team.

I hope this helps!
