Hi there,

So I offer 3 completely different service and I'm struggling with calendly.

I want to say have all 3 events available from 9-5.

What I need is,  if someone booked event A at 9am, that would automatically stop people being able to book events B and C for 9am.

I really want all 3 events to have to be available and then as soon as one is booked, the other 2 events show as unavailable for that time.

I trying to find how to do this. I am hoping as its a paid business service I can.

Thank you very much.

Hey @Zachary27765 - welcome!

Great news! This is exactly how Calendly is designed to work! Calendly won’t allow overlapping events for a single user. So, you can create your three different event type and make identical availability for all three. As soon as Event A is booked for, say, 1pm on a Tuesday, Event B and Event C will automatically be made unavailable for that time and duration as well.

You can read more about getting started in our Help Center here, and about automating tasks with integrations here:

as well as more about Event Type Settings on this community topic:

I hope this helps!

Thank you so much!! That will help me a great deal.

I'm really happy now lol

@Zachary27765 yay - I am so glad to hear that! Let us know if you need anything else at all. =)
