We are a team of 5 people and we would like to have a meeting page reaervation page where depending on the day of the week, the meeting is associated with a different person of the team and its calendar.

How is this possible? Team account of course and adding this 5 people but there’s this possibility?

Thanks

Hi CambioMadrid,

You have a couple options here. One option, you could use a Routing Form with a screener question to direct your invitee to a specific event type associated with individual team members. You could also set up a Round Robin Event and block out specific days on your linked calendars so those specific team members look like they are unavailable to Calendly. I’ll explain more:

Routing Forms -

  • Set up a separate One-On-One Events for each of you team members.
  • Create a Routing Rorm with a screener question. In this specific instance the Routing Question would ask which day of the week your invitee would like to meet. Their answer would then route them to the correct event corresponding to the teammate that has availability on the specified day.

Round Robin -

  • Create a Round Robin Event and add your five teammates as rotating co-hosts. You will do this when setting up the Round Robin and can always update who participates as a host in the event settings.
  • Then, on each of your five teammates’ calendars create an all-day meeting on the days you don’t want them to be available for that specific Round Robin meeting. The all-day meeting will read to Calendly as a conflict so it won’t book them for that event
    • A word of caution: creating an all-day meeting will prevent Calendly from booking any meetings on that day. There is an easy work around though. You can use the “Book Over” feature for each of their other event types to allow them to continue booking on that day. This isn’t the most frictionless solution but should accomplish what you are looking to do.

I’m leaving some resources below for each aspect of these solutions.
