Create a calendar for other agents to schedule open houses on a calendar independent of my working calendar

I’d recommend setting up a separate Teams account to handle these types of scenarios. That way the second account can host these events totally separate of your calendar, but since it’s a Teams account the events are easily shared into the account you have your working calendar connected to.
