An inbound lead booked a meeting and I canceled it, and it was removed from my calendar. They were able to reschedule it anyways, and the email update came through, but it’s not on my calendar. I can’t find any way to resend the rescheduled one to my calendar.
So I have two questions -
- Why is someone allowed to reschedule an event after we have cancelled it?
- Since now someone does want to take the meeting after all, I can’t add the appt back to my calendar so I can forward it to another attendee. Is there a way to add it back?
