Sean HELP :    Not the right thread I know -- but...where ? 

How do I get back to the ‘for ever free trial’ (we don’t have any clients yet) it  won’t let me downgrade after the free trial period?   thanks Cebuan

Once you create a Calendly account, you’ll get a free trial for 14 days. After this period, you’ll be moved to the free plan automatically. It looks like this has already happened, so if you’d like to upgrade your account, you can do so from the billing page here: https://calendly.com/app/admin/billing

David it did not happen.  Because,  When booking a CALL on AiCogniTech site - it does not come through, plus I keep getting UPgrade emails?  What do you think?  Were do I click to make this happen -- thanks for your help.

Hi ​@AiCogniTech - I went ahead and moved this to a new topic.

It sounds like there are a few things going on here - Do you see booked events from the website appear in the Calendly account? Do you have a different Calendly account the booking page might be tied to?

On the free account, you can have one active event, so there shouldn’t be an issue with the plan itself, but we’ll want to track down where this booking page is tied to on your website.
