Hi There,

Can anyone help me, it seems I have two accounts and they seem to be having a confilict and my outlook is not synchronising to the events that customers have placed in calendly.

 

I trialed calendly a while back using 1 email address

After months of lapsed time i decided i was going to use calendly however by then I had changed my email address logging in details, however my outlook email is still the original trialed calendly.

 

Can someone please advise?

Hi ​@AUSPAINTERS14342, that’s tough situation. The quick fix is to pick which Calendly account you want to keep, then reconnect your Outlook/Microsoft 365 calendar on that account only. After that, do a quick test booking to confirm sync. Are you unable to login to your previous email or Calendly account tied to that email? That aside, once you choose which account you want to use, if all your event types are tied to that account then Calendly should be adding scheduled meetings to the right calendar.
