Is there a way I would be able to set my event where the customer doesn’t have to click “show more” every time they are brought to the Phone Consultation page?
Or secondly, is there a way that right underneath the title Phone Consultation, I can add our phone number and it can be clickable to a mobile user to dial the number from there, without having to read the description?

Unfortunately there is no way to do either of the things you’re asking.
With the first, being able to show both the description and calendar takes precedence on the screen. If the description is longer than the space available, ‘Show More’ is displayed.
As for the second, the preference of most users we interact with is to provide contact information (ie, phone number) after scheduling. In your situation, it appears you’d like to be able to make the contact information accessible a step earlier.
I’ll definitely pass this along as product feedback though!
