Add feature to limit Frequency of Bookings per customer per event

I give potential clients up to a few free appointments but then I want them to no longer use the free event. I REALLY need a feature in the event that allows me to set only so many uses PER client.

I see this has been requested before. Has any remedy or revision been made to allow for this?
