I created an event poll and didn’t reach consensus. I then (using the same invite) added additional slots, and some people were able to select them and some received an error that “someone has already replied with their email address”.

 

Help please.

Once you update your meeting poll times, you’ll need to make sure you select this option when saving the times:
 

Once this is selected, your participants will need to select this option from the email they receive - they cannot use the original link:
 

 

Once they click this link, Calendly will recognize them, and allow them to update their votes.
