Also, next Friday I need to block off 9:00 am-10:00 am as well as 4:00 pm- 5:30 pm on my schedule. There is seemingly no way to do this with the new update. Your choice in blocking a partial day only works for one part of the day. Please correct me if I am wrong on this.
Hi @Mary06744,
I totally get your frustration. We’ve been sharing feedback from customers so it helps inform updates, and I’ll definitely share yours.
So on time off, you can enter in multiple partial days off. Enter the first (9-10am next Friday) and save. Repeat the process for 4-5:30pm. I just double checked and it definitely works with multiple parts of the day.
As for adding additional time, how do you currently have that time blocked off? Let’s see if we can find a good way to make it available!
Ok. Thanks for the workaround for partial days.
For adding time, right now I have my calendly schedule available like this:
9:00-10:00 am
10:30-11:30 am
1:30-2:30 pm
4:30-5:30 pm
I would, just for one day, want to be able to add a 12:00-1:00 pm appointment slot availability. I used to be able to do that pretty easily with the calendar option.
So… guessing that there is no way to add appointment times then?
Hi @Mary06744,
Apologies for the delayed reply. At present, there isn’t a way to do this at the account level. You can do this for individual event types. If you go into your event type setting you will see Date Specific Hours under Availability. This is where you would make that change. I am leaving a Help Center article below. It sounds like you are on our Beta so the extra notes will apply to you.
Also, just a suggestion as a workaround, instead of fussing with a complicated schedule in your Availability area it maybe easier to set a repeating event in your connected calendar and call it something like “lunch.” Calendly will respect this time as a meeting and whenever you want to be available at that time you can just delete that meeting from your calendar thus freeing up Calendly to book.
Calendly Schedules - Create Date-Specific Hours
I need a direct email to someone from this company.
I paid for a year subscription to Calendly that provided a service where I could change my hours on a weekly or even daily basis.
I doubt that I am the first service-oriented or client-based professional that this has created hours of additional work and headaches for.
You no longer offer the service that I paid for.
I want a refund.
Hi @Mary06744,
You can email billing@calendly.com for help on your subscription.
