We have an existing round robin (2 possible hosts) set up for a specific event type.  We have one intern in the office which we want to include on all meetings with the 2 hosts.  Are we able to automatically add the intern as a co-host when the meeting is scheduled?

You cannot set up an automation that adds your intern as an additional host after the meetings are booked. 

What you can do is take advantage of host pooling, which allows for you to add in “standing” (permanent) hosts (this would be your intern!) and round robin hosts (that switch back and forth, as you’ve already set it up) using our advanced features for Round Robin Event Types and Collective Event Types
