Adding Additional Email/Calendar on All Invites

I am setting up a round robin event for my team.

We all need to have visability to everyone’s events. In the event that someone is out, we will have to have another member of the team communicate to those folks who have booked appointments.

We have a distributed inbox and calendar. I’d like to invite this email so all events are copied on the calendar.

I don't want it to check that calendar for conflicts, as it won’t matter as long as the individual team members are avaliable.

Hi Olivia68418,

First, when setting up your Calendly account settings, make sure that all your teammates calendars are synced and are being checked for conflicts. This way Calendly won’t book them as a host on your Round Robin event if they are out. This will only work, however, if their work calendars reflect their our-of-office status. In regards to calendar visibility to all team members, those view permissions are set on the linked calendar rather than Calendly itself. Calendly is a tool that sits on top of your work calendar(s) and simply checks for conflicts and schedules meetings where you there are openings. It does not control those calendar security settings or permissions. I’m leaving some more information about syncing calendars, Round Robin events, and scheduling with a team page. I hope this helps!

Thanks, I just want it to copy an email address on the invite - not check any availability, etc. If someone calls out in the AM, we want to have a visual on 1 calendar to review.
