Adding multiple email addresses to calendar booking

Question

Customer books via calendlyEmail confirmation is shared with my hello@email BUT I’d also like the same booking and buffer shared with an additional 2 internal company email addresses. How do I do this?

Hi ​@Hello23386- Thanks for reaching out!At this time, there is not a way to share a booking and buffers with team members outside of a Calendly organization. However, there are a couple ways to work around this.You can use ourEmail to someone elseworkflow that lets you send notifications when certain events are booked. You can also have them include the meeting details and zoom link. You can read more about this here:If you invite those users to join a Calendly Organization, you can create aCollectiveevent that lets you all host a meeting simultaneously. This way, when someone schedules that meeting, the event and buffers will be shared with all team members.
