I’m currently looking at the email notifications we send to our customers when they book an appointment with us via Calendly. We want to take these to the next level by adding things like call-to-action buttons and bespoke headers and footers with our branding however I can’t seem to find out if this is even possible, let alone how to do it. has anyone achieved this before and if so do you have any advice on where to get started?

At this time there is no way to use advanced formatting like this within Calendly booking notifications. Our email reminders/notifications do not support adding images, headers and the likes. I’m sorry to have to tell you so!
