There shouldn’t be anything to request on our end, as long as its scheduled through Teams or Zoom, it shouldn’t have any problem. Does it work normally when scheduled through Teams instead of Calendly?
Some of our users also use Otter AI, but there isn’t anything additional that needs done through Calendly, all of it is setup outside of us.
This might be something on Jump’s side, I’d recommend reaching out to them as well to see if there is something that needs done on their end!
