Question

All scheduled events have the same login url in Teams

I run a range of events throughout the month, and have just noticed that all my events - regardless of the type or nature of the event/meeting - are all creating the same login URL in Teams. This is a bit of a safety/security risk for us, as it means our closed confidential meetings can be accessed by anyone who has attended another meeting. Is there a setting to change this so every event has a unique/different login url?

Hi @Tess64510,

I’ve been digging in deep on all things Teams and what I’ve learned is that you do have your Calendly + Teams integration setup correctly (my peers in Support checked!) so this might be a setting on the Teams side. However, I can’t seem to figure out what setting to point you towards. I found numerous Microsoft customers asking similar questions in the Microsoft forums about why the same link was appearing in multiple different meetings - but no clear answers. 😫 It might be worth taking a look at this article from Microsoft on safe meetings to see if there are any additional settings you can enable to reduce risk.

I wish I could be more help, but I’m unfortunately only helpful enough with Calendly!
