Hi, i was trying to buy premium account for Calendly from the Credit card. The amount got deducted twice but my account is still not active. Is there a way to raise a consumer complaint?

Sorry to hear this is going on! In this case, I recommend you reach out to our Billing Team by emailing billing@calendly.com - They’ll be able to dig into more of what happened with your payment on their end, and help get you started with a subscription!
