I have different appointment types for my coaching business, so I marked them by color. Is there a way to organize them in an order at least by the color I marked it? Right now when the client goes to my Calendly page, all my appointments are scattered. It would be beneficial if was a way for the categories (ie. blue, green, purple appointments) were grouped together in some kind of order. Is this possible?

You totally can. I’ll admit it’s not super obvious (something I’ll mention to my design friends here), but you can actually drag and drop the order of your events on your home page and this is reflected on your invitee facing scheduling page too. Just as you described, I’ve got my events organized by color. I’ve also found it really helpful to give my events category names too. So for example “Networking | 30 Minutes” and “Networking | Follow Up”, both purple. It helps me and my invitees navigate my event types both with color and naming.
