Hello,

I’m facing the following challenge:
I want to schedule a meeting with three people from the same company, and all three participants should receive a meeting confirmation. How can I achieve this in Calendly?

 

Here’s my ideal scenario:
I’d like to define the maximum number of participants for the meeting in the event settings. On the booking page, I should be able to add all participants by entering their first name, last name, and email address. Each participant should then receive an individual email confirmation for the meeting (based on my workflow setup).

This is a good use-case for our Group Event TypeThis will allow you to designate as many participants as you need for your meetings.

By default the meeting will ask for the First/Last name, and the email of the invitee. But you can add up to 10 additional questions to ask while they are booking.
They will also receive a confirmation, and any reminders you’ve setup for it!

The problem you’ll run into is that you can only sign up one person at a time, so we usually recommend sending the link out to the invitees for them to complete the process on their own.
