I want to view and customize the template that will be used when a client requests an appointment. I do not see where I go to say what questions or information, I would like collected or added to the appointment. Where do I locate the template, my clients will see when requesting time? Help!!

What you need to do is “edit” your “event type.” Read about doing that here. Watch this short walkthrough I created for you below, then try it out yourself!
