I noticed this week that the email confirmations are very messy. There is a lot of code listed and it just simply doesn’t look clean anymore. Is this a recent update or something in my settings I can change?

Can you send me a screenshot of what your email confirmations look like as they’re configured in your account? You should be able to find this under your event settings > More Options > Notifications & Workflows :

Could you try creating a new event to see if the confirmation email sends in a similar way? Let me know!
Got it - In this case, the next thing I’d recommend is sending an example of whats going on to our support team. They’ll be able to do some further testing with your account to see what might be going on, and if it can be reproduced.
