Hello. We have had a few instances where clients have booked their meeting while traveling. This defaults to their current time zone, which we understand will happen if it is not frozen in the booking settings. In the past however, once they returned back home it would automatically synch back to their current time zone. The past couple meetings we have had miscommunication and issues with was due to that person say being back at home in Pacific Time, but receiving all communication as if they were still on Indochina Time. Has anyone else experienced this or how do we set things up to ensure everyone is going to see their correct Time Zone when it is actually time for the meeting?

Hi @Lindsey18085 - Thanks for reaching out!

I think this is something that surrounds the users Calendar Information. I did some testing for this on my end to double check if the time changes accurately. In this case, I tested a booking for 12pm PST while my Calendar is in EST. In this case, the event posted to my calendar accurately:

One thing to check is to make sure you’re using Calendar Invitations, as it the event would need posted to both calendars. The other thing lies on the Invitee and ensuring their Calendar and the event is showing the correct timezone after booking.

Outside of this, some users will add a disclaimer to the booking page description to have invitees check that the correct timezone is selected on the booking page directly as well - it doesn’t help all cases, but can catch a few.

Let me know if you have any questions on this!
