Hey there @ElenaColibriLibre - thanks for your post! When you ask if it’s possible to set an automatic “record” are you asking about recording the meeting to save a video of said meeting, or a record of the meeting otherwise? 

As far as recording a video of the meeting goes - this is a setting within Zoom, not Calendly!

I found a Zoom support article here that goes over how to set it up so that your meetings are automatically recorded. I hope this helps!

I have the same question as Elena, except the answer doesn't actually cover it. When I create a meeting inside Zoom, I select whether I want it recorded. But Calendly creates the Zoom, so that's who would need to set it to record automatically. I'm assuming that the answer means that no, Calendly doesn't do it, but I want to clarify that it's a needed functionality.

Thanks for reaching out here - For some context here, Calendly uses the connected Zoom account to trigger the meeting creation, so whatever account is connected, you would need to log into Zoom and verify what settings you have enabled. We’ve had Calendly users set this up before, so could you verify that you have these settings enabled?
