I'm having an issue where my availability shows as "Unavailable" to clients who try to book an appointment, even though I've set it to be available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. There are no events in my calendar that would interfere with these times.

The first thing we can look at here is using the ‘Troubleshoot’ button on your booking page. You can see this when you’re logged into your account, then you open up the event. it will look like this:


Could you select the troubleshoot button, then select a couple days? This will show you specific reasons why those days are not available. This article is a great reference for specific codes, and how to solve them: How to use Calendly's Troubleshoot Tool.
