I’m looking to set rules for my availability, however my schedule follows a 2 week pattern. How can I set my availability on specific days that apply every other week>?

When setting up an Availability Schedule, if you use “weekly” hours, that will apply every week. There is no way to set it up so that the hours rotate biweekly, every other week and so on.
That said -- you can still absolutely achieve this goal using date specific hours! All you need to do is delete all weekly days/hours and instead choose “date specific hours.” Then, select each date you’d like (you can select as many as you’d like at a time) > set the hours > apply.
The short Loom video I created for you below displays what it would look like to set up every-other-week availability going out 90 days (you can, of course, do more than this):
