My Availability set up with three choices, Phone, Zoom and TBA. I assume the TBA is a physical location. How can I limit these choices to only Phone and Zoom? Thank you

When you create an event type and set up multiple location options for invitees to choose from, you are the one determining what those locations might be. If you set “TBD” (I assume you meant “TBD” rather than “TBA” but let me know if I am wrong!) as one of these options, all you need to do is delete it.
Head into your even type and click “Event Details” to delete the location option you no longer wish to offer. Then, click “save and close” to ensure that location is removed for good. I hope this helps!
