Some changes to availability are not reflected in my scheduling calendar. I tried to make a couple of hours available on Sundays and it’s not showing up. Active events are set correctly. If I make changes to other days, they show up, but it won’t show Sunday availability. There are no conflicting events in my synched calendar.  There are no date overrides.

I found the answer in the event scheduling settings.  It was set to rolling weekdays.  I had to change it to rolling calendar days.

Hey @Chad84182!

Yep. That would do it. Glad you were able to figure it out, but please let us know if we can help with anything else.

Hi @jillian I’m having the same issue on my end. I’ve made sure that the settings are set to rolling calendar days, but it’s not solving the issue. Any other possibilities? I’ve tried to use my working hours and even made custom hours and it’s still not showing up. Thanks!

Hi @Julia83751!

Thanks for reaching out on this! If you’ve already run through those steps, the next thing we’ll want to look at is using the Troubleshooting tool.

When you log into your Calendly account, the Troubleshoot tool can be accessed from your event type’s booking page:

By using the troubleshooting tool, it will show you specific errors for each day that availability isn’t showing up - The errors should point you too where to investigate next. For example, the CALENDAR error means there is a  "busy" event on your connected calendar. So you would need to go into your connected calendar, and either set it to Free or remove the event.

Let me know if you have any questions on this!

Hi @David. I just got off a chat with customer service and it looks like the issue was in my Outlook calendar. I needed to set the events on those particular days to show as ‘free’. Hopefully this is helpful for folks who face this same issue in future. Thanks for your help!
