I’m experiencing an issue with availability settings on my website, where I’ve integrated Calendly for scheduling appointments. Here’s the problem:
- I’ve set my availability in Calendly to specific time slots 9 AM - 5 PM.
- My account is set to the correct time zone CST.
- The embed on my website displays the scheduling widget correctly.
However, when users from different time zones try to book, the available slots either don’t reflect their local time properly or show as unavailable. I’ve double-checked the time zone settings in my Calendly account and confirmed that my calendar is synced correctly (Google Calendar).
Is there a specific setting I’m missing to ensure that availability updates dynamically for users in different time zones?
