I am trying to set up my coworker’s calendar but the sync does not seem to be working.  I have had her sign in and snyc and watched the troubleshooting videos but it is not working.  

I have been on hold w/ chatting with a live agent for  over an hour, more than once.  This does not seem to connect with someone.

Can someone here help?

I am so sorry you are having trouble setting up your teammate on your teams page as well as contacting with support. The issue you are describing is very difficult to diagnose on a forum. I hope you try connecting with support again → Contact Customer Support. I will leave a couple resources about setting up a teams page and adding users to said page.
