When I change my availability  on my calendar on the specific date to unavailable clients are still able to book appointments. Why is that?  How do I fix do I need to change each specific event type?  I want my calendar to reflect my entire day across the board.  Please help I am very frustrated and almost ready to cancel this account and find another solution for my booking system,

Just to confirm, are you making these changes through your availability page? If so, the first thing I would check is ensuring the schedule is active on all of your events, which can be done here:
 

 

This makes so any changes that occur, would reflect on each event in your account. In the case it is active on all events, do you have specific dates/times that are still showing up as active in your account?
