I’m trying to make it so a specific date and time is not available for my customers to schedule a time with me. Every time I follow the steps to make myself unavailable I go to my calendar and it is still showing me as available. This is extremely frustrating. I have to bring my son to a doctors appointment and a customer was able to book at that time when I made myself unavailable. Why is this happening?

Just to confirm, are you making this change in your Calendar or on the Availability page within Calendly? 

If you’re making this change on your calendar - can you double check this event is set as busy? If the event is marked as free Calendly will ignore the conflict.
If you’re making this change on the Availability page - Can you make sure the schedule is active on all of your events? You can find this under the Active On tab here:
