Best way to manage buffer time for back-to-back meetings?

Hi everyone,

I rely on Calendly heavily for scheduling client calls, but I’m struggling to find the right balance with buffer times. Sometimes meetings run longer, and other times I end up with too much empty space between calls, which breaks my workflow.

How do you personally handle buffer times between meetings? Do you use different buffers for different event types, or is there a smarter way to manage this without constantly tweaking settings?
