Hi there ​@user62706, so sorry you are having issues with your account. For future reference your subscription plan is in your account settings under ‘Billing.’ If you think you’ve been billed in error, you can always reach out to our billing department at billing@calendly.com

That said, I’ll give you the basic instructions on how to downgrade a Standard Plan (single user) to a Basic one (free). Additionally, here is a Help Center article with additional links and resources → How to change your plan or billing information

Here’s the basic workflow to cancel your Calendly services on the Standard plan:

1. Log in to your Calendly account on the web.

2. Go to the Billing or Subscription section in your account settings.

3. Select the option to downgrade or cancel your subscription. For most customers, this will initiate a flow to downgrade your account to the free Basic plan at the end of your current billing period.

4. You may be asked to provide a reason for cancellation as part of the process. This feedback helps Calendly improve the product, but you can usually skip or keep your response brief.

5. Confirm your cancellation. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan.

If you subscribed via the iOS app:

• You must manage your subscription through your Apple ID in the App Store. Open your device settings, tap your name, then "Subscriptions," find Calendly, and select "Cancel Subscription."
