Hereās the basic workflow to cancel your Calendly services on the Standard plan:

Log inĀ to your Calendly accountĀ on the web.

Go to theĀ BillingĀ or Subscription sectionĀ in your account settings.

Select the option to downgrade or cancel your subscription.Ā For most customers, this will initiate a flow to downgrade your account to the free Basic plan at the end of your current billing period.

You may be asked to provide a reason for cancellationĀ as part of the process. This feedback helps Calendly improve the product, but you can usually skip or keep your response brief.

Confirm your cancellation.Ā Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan.
If you subscribed via the iOS app:

You must manage your subscription through your Apple ID in the App Store. Open your device settings, tap your name, then "Subscriptions," find Calendly, and select "Cancel Subscription."
