I was just billed today for calendly yearly renewal. I am retiring soon and did not plan on renewing. How can I get a credit and delete the account?

I’m sorry to hear that you forgot to turn off your auto-renewal before getting charged for the year! That’s frustrating. You will need to reach out to our billing team to discuss a potential refund. You can reach them at billing@calendly.com - they’ll be able to tell you more! 

Once you’ve sorted that out, follow these steps to delete your account: 

To cancel or delete an account, navigate to your account settings page and locate the Delete Account button in the bottom right corner. After clicking this, you’ll be prompted with a final screen asking your reason for deletion. (Please see below)
