We are your clients and use several profiles, each of which is experiencing the same issue with receiving notifications when a booking is made. The problem is occurring more and more frequently, and in recent days it’s been happening daily, which significantly affects my work.
I have contacted your support team via live chat multiple times, and I always receive the same excuses. I have now reached out to my domain host, and here is the response I received:
Dear Sir/Madam, the issue lies with the sender’s server. It is currently listed on multiple external public blacklists:

On our side, we cannot add an exception for such a server as it would expose our clients to spam from that source. This issue must be resolved by the sender by delisting their IP address from these public blacklists or by changing the IP address used for sending. This is not something we can fix on our end.
Calendly’s servers have been flagged for violations, which led them to be listed on major spam blacklists. They must take action and contact the relevant services to delist their IP address or change the sending IP.
They need to take steps on their side to remove their mail server IPs from the blacklists where they are currently listed.”
So I kindly ask you to resolve this issue once and for all. I’m tired of having to message you on live chat every day just to get basic functionality working. Please take the necessary steps to fix this and avoid disrupting my work any further.
