Hi [Support Team/Helpdesk],
I’m trying to raise a support ticket, and the Help Centre mentions that it can be done via the chatbot. However, I do not see the chatbot icon on my screen. Could you please guide me on how else I can raise a ticket?
I have two concerns related to my calendar:

Blocked Calendar Still Getting Booked:
I’ve tried blocking time on my calendar, but I’ve noticed that meetings are still being booked during those slots. I’m not sure if the block wasn’t saved properly or if something else is causing this. -
Calendar Visibility Settings:
I’d like my calendar to automatically reflect as Busy when I have an event, and Available during open times. However, I’ve noticed there’s no option for it, especially when meetings are scheduled directly via email (not via Calendly).
Is there a way to configure this so that my availability status updates properly regardless of how the meeting is scheduled?
