Blocking Linked Google Calendars

My availability is synced to Calendly from my Google Calendar, but it does not sync to “Other Calendars” that are linked to my Google Calendar.  These other calendars are imported and appear on my Google Calendar but do not affect my availability on Calendly.  I don’t have the ability to connect these accounts to Calendly because they require admin authorization for my work calendar.  Is there a way to get them to also block out my Calendly availability?

Hi @VIBE34127,

My first recommendation is to get in touch with your admin and ask them to allow you to sync up more calendars. If that isn’t an option, and it isn’t always, there is a way to auto-populate google calendar meetings from one calendar to another. Calendly will respect all meetings on your connected calendar. I found some documentation on this but you might want to visit their community and ask the same question.
