Hi, I need to create a book over. My other event shows up in the list of other events found, but will not allow me to click on the event to apply the book over. I’ve tried multiple times over multiple days, rebooting, etc.
I am also seeing messages about “server issues” on the platform.
How might I fix this book over thing?

Couple things we can try here:
Does this work if you use another browser, or an incognito window?
If you clear your cache and cookies in your browser, does it allow you to apply the event to the Book Over setting? You can follow instructions on clearing cache and cookies here: How to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser
If the issue persists - let me know! Any screenshots you can include at that point would be helpful.

Thank you. I am using Chrome but did clear cache and cookies without success. I also opened Edge and tried that without success.
I keep getting “Server Error” messages if i try to change anything. You can see two matching events on this, but I am unable to select anything from the list to add them and apply. (see below)
Try changing the option to ‘Matches Exactly’ and filling in the entire event name:
Beyond these two, the next step is contacting our Support Team directly and chatting in - They’d be able to take a closer look into this and see whats going on!

Thank you, David, for these suggestions and the link. I disconnected and reconnected my calendar and tried the matches exactly, as well as the includes option again. I am still unable to click to select the appropriate match.
I also tried this on my iphone by going to the website from my phone, and no success.
I am happy to talk to support and have someone look at this with me. Can you please guide me as to how to connect to someone? I tried to use the chat twice this week, and both times I was never connected to anyone, in fact, I received the chat summary in my email while I was still waiting. Calendly has always had very accessible support, so I was really surprised by that.
